About Returned Payments
The City of Warm Springs does not accept partial payments. Please contact 706-655-9096 if there are any questions regarding your bill.
If you have received a disconnect note, please be aware a partial payment will not be accepted and your services will still be disconnected until the payment is made in full.
When a check payment is returned, it will be reversed off of the customer's account and a $25.00 return check fee, plus if services are disconnected an additional $75.00 re-connect fee at time of the payment in full.
If multiple check payments have been returned on a City of Warm Springs utility account, the customer may be required to make future payments by a secured method such as credit card, certified check, money order or cash.
